Responsibility
The responsibility for an active quality environmental and industrial safety management lies with the executive board. It is an important function for the management as well as for all superiors. We want to verify, confirm or correct the task guidelines by means of measurable targets. Risks and its impacts are periodically analyzed, in order to make appropriate changes in the interests of the public so that they are able to react in a timely fashion.

Customer
In order to always meet out customer’s requirements and wishes, an early co-operation is required, as well as the inclusion of competent experts in their fields. Our clients can rely on the fact that the ordered services respectively are in the degree of quality requested and claimed and delivered upon the agreed deadlines. Process Control
The basis for which to promptly determine the customer requirements will be to specify the particular technique to fulfill the customer needs. Regarding the development phase of the processes, we take into consideration the economic climate, the quality of the environment and the requirements for industrial safety which are already under way. To be fair, the principle “0-failure” is applied to different methods throughout the different processes. Error prevention lies in the foreground. The process mastering as well as an active health protection are also important elements for the prevention of accidents.
