Design
A list of requirements has to be complied with to ensure the correct function of the mechanical part. In consultation with the customer we develop suitable solutions to reliably fulfill these conditions and to ensure economic production. In a short period of time we handle the development process starting with the list of customer specifications through to the design, choice of tool materials, production of prototypes and start of series production.
CAD/CAM workstations
The data and programs generated on our CAD/CAM systems are transferred via the LAN network directly to all CNC machining centers for the machining of the respective parts.
